BFNC Round 9 Wrap-Up



We hit the road to take on Manangatang over the weekend, and let’s
just say it was a classic winter’s day – cold, foggy, and footy
weather at its finest!

Our junior footballers started the day strong with some great team
efforts and solid wins — always exciting to see our young Lions
developing and enjoying their footy. A huge shoutout to our Under 17s
netballers who claimed their first win of the season! The girls have
been building every week, and it all came together on Saturday –
awesome effort. The Reserves and Seniors had a tough day at the
office, battling hard but not quite getting the results we hoped for.
That said, we still had a highlight moment – Yodok’s goal after the
siren gave the crowd something to cheer about!

Thanks to Tooleybuc Manangatang for hosting and to all our supporters
who made the chilly trip. Onwards and upwards, Lions – we regroup and
go again next week!
