Woorinen Round 3

Saw us take on Nyah in what was a lovely, wet, day of footy and netball, with the added significance of celebrating ANZAC Day. Despite the rain, spirits were high and the atmosphere even better as we played under the lights for a special night of community and

sport.

It was a clean sweep for our senior teams, with both the senior netballers and footballers

taking home well-deserved wins. Our A Grade netball side continues to impress, sitting

proudly on top of the ladder, while our Senior football team is now holding strong in second

place.

The wet conditions tested everyone, but our teams showed incredible determination,

teamwork, and skill to secure the wins. A huge thank you to everyone who braved the

weather to support us—it made all the difference!

Thankyou to the Jarrod and the team for hosting us and making the day a special event in testing conditions.

We're buzzing with excitement as we look ahead to this weekend, where we take on Lalbert in what promises to be a blockbuster match-ups all through the day. All teams are nearing the tops of their respective ladders and all games will be fiercely contested.  

This weekend we welcome home our 1975 and 2015 A Grade premiership sides. We look forward to celebrating your wins remembering your seasons and listening to some great memories. We will be having dinner and live music at the club Saturday night.

Sunday we look forward to the inaugural Ferrit Day Races.
