Round 8 2026

Round 8 was a home game played at Alan Garden in cold and wet conditions. Was terrific to see supporters and players braving the weather.

A massive round of applause to our many volunteers, home game cannot run without you. Was great to have so helpers in canteen, time keeping, scoring, managing sides and the countless other little jobs.

Congratulations to all the Tyntynder Netball players. A clean sweep on the day, winning each game.

Shout out in particular to the 13 Res team who came back from 1 to 7 at half time and ended up winning 15 to 9! Congrats also to our A Grade netball players. Making it two in a row now! All the netballers showed the Doggies spirit and determination on the weekend and should be super proud of themselves.

Fantastic also to for the Senior footballers, getting the win and ensuring Mitch Kelly and Jahmahl got a Gatorade shower. Great to hear the team song with such enthusiasm after a great game of wet weather football, led from the front by the Skipper Pat Crowe!
